Get ready to sparkle this November as Home Service returns to RadioReverb with a hour long disco special. Expect nothing but glitter fuelled tunes as we indulge in our love of that combination of four to the floor beats, eighth note (quaver) or 16th note (semi-quaver) hi-hat patterns, open hi-hats on the off-beat, and a prominent, syncopated electric bass lines – other wise known as d.i.s.co! And with tracks from Donna Summer, Cleavage, Isaac Hayes, The Emotions, Cerrone, those Jackson Sisters, Ashford & Simpson, Syreeta, the Michael Zager Band and Shiek, you just know its gonna sound as sparkling as Queenie and Wildblood always do, RadioReverb’s ever fruitful very own Peaches and Herb.

Wildblood and Queenie are exactly what it says on the tin. (Almost.) DJs, freelance journalists, cartoonist and queer writer who likes to wiggle, campaign and disco. Like they do.
